1. Verify: Runs your MailPoet, WooCommerce customer, or WordPress user lists through Kickbox’s system. It tags undeliverable, risky, and unknown addresses.
2. Preview: You see a full report—every email, every recommended action. Nothing changes on your site until you say so.
3. Apply: Review the list. Click “Approve and Apply Actions.” Only then does it unsubscribe or delete based on your rules.
